Pet Policy

Village Chase Apartments is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! Our community features multiple dog stations. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $200 for each additional pet. Maximum of 3 pets per home (with restrictions). Combined pet weight restriction of 50lbs or less on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Pet rent is $30 per month per pet. Breed restrictions apply. View Our Pet Policy.
